Myth Busting (Health and Fitness)

For the first episode of season 2, I chat with my friend and PT Roo about some of the most common myths and misconceptions surrounding the world of fitness, and whether there's any truth behind the following myths:

Exercise timing: You can't train first thing in the morning, or before bed.

Exercise duration should be 45 mins to 90 mins in length.

You have to do long workouts to lose weight.

Food after a workout doesn't count so you can eat anything.

Calorie Bank: You can save calories for one day and use them in the next.

Big muscles = Big strength.

No pain = No gain.

Scales are the best way to track fat loss.

Training frequency.
